Who am i?

My name is Lior, and I’m an industrial designer from Israel. I graduated with honors from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and have been working in the field ever since.

I have always been fascinated by objects around me, the reasons for their inner workings, form and material, and the inherent politics of everyday products.

I see being a designer today as a privilege, an opportunity to to be part of the great paradigm shift our world is going through in these trying times. I believe that positive design, collaboration, sustainable thinking and circular economy are crucial in contemporary innovation.

I have a good work ethic, and stride for a balance of research and intuition. I always keep in mind my core values in my work, but also make sure to have fun with it. I’m a minimalist at heart, and do my best to keep truth of material and form in my work. Good design should be approachable, aesthetic, and in the words of Dieter Rams, as little design as possible.
